Samruddhi Greens

Designed for the Vinay Group in Solapur, the L-shaped towers stand nestled in the lush green landscape.

Surrounded by buildings on three sides, the site had the potential to foster a peaceful neighborhood. The design maximizes efficient spatial planning, with an amalgamation of Vastu Shastra and modern sensibilities. The amenities include a multipurpose hall, convenient shopping, daycare, and a clubhouse, to name a few. To encourage responsible urban living, energy-efficient light fixtures were installed, and provisions were made for rainwater harvesting.

The clusters house eleven units on each floor, with adequate ventilation and natural light, ensuring occupant comfort. Due to insufficient land availability, amenities were also integrated vertically between building blocks. Sky gardens created above these amenity blocks offer spaces of refuge from the hectic urban lifestyle.
